Alberta added 11,900 jobs last month, dropping the provincial unemployment rate from 7.9 to 7.8 per cent. The number of full-time positions went up by 88,700, while part-time employment went down by 53,400 jobs, pushing the unemployment rate up to 6.3 per cent from 6.2 in September.
