What's In iOS 11.1.1? Autocorrect "i" Bug, Siri Glitch Fix

The issue seemed to impact iPhone users on its most recent mobile software, iOS 11.1.

iPhone users had been experiencing a bug that changed the letter "i" to a series of unreadable symbols, including a box with a question mark in it.

The update also addresses an issue where the "Hey Siri" feature occasionally stops working.

Thankfully, the company is pushing out an update to iOS 11 today that should solve the problem. You can download it over-the-air from Settings General Software update on your compatible iOS 11 device. This is a very minor update that appears to be mostly bug fixes, so don't expect any new features or major changes to the operating system.

This workaround is no longer necessary if you update to iOS 11.1.1. Developers in the US reportedly saw the the Apple Pay Cash option appear in the Messages app on the iOS 11.2 beta this week. Henceforth, if you're someone who has been facing the keyboard autocorrect issue, be sure to update to iOS 11.1.1 in order to fix it.

Apple Pay Cash is available on iOS 11.2, now available as a public beta 2 for developers and testers.

When you receive money it will automatically be stored on your Apple Pay Cash card. Users need to have two-step verification set up on their phones for Apple Pay Cash to work. Nonetheless, if we believe what Apple's SVP Eddy Cue reportedly stated last month, it could come to India alongside the Apple Pay launch soon.
