The comments came a day after NC leader Abdullah said Pakistan would not allow India to take that part of J&K which was under its occupation.

Abdullah had recently stirred a controversy by saying that the Pakistan-occupied Kashmir belongs to Pakistan and autonomy for both parts of divided Kashmir without changing borders is the only possible solution to the Kashmir problem. Sirajul Haq said that every Pakistani ruler who had betrayed the Kashmiris could not escape an evil end.

It alleged that Abdullah "always makes such controversial remarks and statements by which the nation and its people feel ashamed of such persons being Indian citizens".

No one can stop India from wresting back Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK) from the neighbouring country, Minister of State for Home Hansraj Gangaram Ahir said on Thursday.

National Conference president and Member of Parliament Farooq Abdullah said on Wednesday that it was time all Central laws extended to J&K after 1953 were reversed.

Chief of Jamaat-e-Islami, Senator Sirajul Haq, has said that the Kashmiris were laying down their lives for Pakistan but the rulers had not framed a state policy on Kashmir so far. Jammu and Kashmir is ours, and PoK is theirs. "Modi should now take concrete steps to engage with the people of Kashmir with full dignity and respect for their sentiments in a sustained effort to resolve the Kashmir issue".
