A 19-year-old has undergone 50 operations in a bid to look like her idol, Angelina Jolie, admitting she'll "do anything" to emulate the actress.

There have been suggestions numerous photos have enhanced using makeup and Photoshop however it is clear she looks very different to earlier images. She also lost almost 88 pounds during her transformation.

And with over 300,000 followers on Instagram, it's also possible, if again unlikely, that her looks have been Photoshopped.

Featured recently in Belgium's Sud Info, Sahar said her goal in life is to look like the Hollywood actress.

Sahar also reportedly has shed weight to keep it at 40 kg so that she can achieve the optimal look.

Naysayers have pointed out that pictures on her Instagram account - which appears to be fairly new, since only about 30 photos have been posted - are inconsistent with nose and cheek placement. Some comments on her posts include: "Is her face or just make up?", "Is this actually real?", and more.

Well, one young Iranian woman went above and beyond to look like her idol Angelia Jolie. Brazilian Rodrigo Alves is well known for his body transformation as part of a quest to become a Human Ken Doll.

According to Belgian media and reported by The Daily Mail, 19-year-old Sahar Tabar has amassed more than 324,000 followers on Instagram due to her shocking transformation.
