Conference on Iraq's reconstruction begins in Kuwait

Arab nations at the Kuwait global reconstruction conference are expected to step up their efforts to fund the reconstruction of areas destroyed during the war against ISIL in Iraq.
In a Monday statement, Qassemi underlined the significance of Iraq as a friend and neighbor of Iran, and said Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif will take part in Kuwait conference.
