  • Central Indiana will see snow showers tonight through Wednesday

This is going to bring us a shot at some rain on Monday night and Tuesday of next week. We will then dry out and work back towards sunshine by the end of the work week and next weekend. Unfortunately, rain chances and a little bit of everything arrive in the mountains later this week.

Temperatures will hit the mid to upper 40s into the afternoon. Highs on Tuesday will be in the lower to middle 40s. Tonight is looking great but a touch colder with lows in the upper 20s.

NORTH CAROLINA SEVERE WEATHER AWARENESS WEEK: During the week of March 4-10, your First Alert Weather Team, in conjunction with the National Weather Service, will share important information created to highlight risk and keep you alert and prepared when severe weather strikes.

Another beautiful day with plenty of sunshine

Showers are possible as early as the morning commute. Severe weather is unlikely with this system. Low dew points will keep the fog away and skies will be dry today, The high temperatures will be in the low 70's and skies will stay sunny. Eventually clouds will begin to clear and we'll see a lot of sunshine this afternoon.

Rain and snow showers return to the forecast for Thursday, with most of the snow falling in the mountains along the Montana/Idaho border.

A super warm ground should limit any accumulation, but grassy surfaces could see a light coating. We will update you on WYMT this evening.
