  • ASUS Zenfone Max Pro

The smartphone will be available in Flipkart India exclusively. It's better to say the company did not take any risks while designing the device, which is a good thing. Let's have a look at what makes this phone special.

Asus has announced 3 versions of the Zenfone Max Pro M1.

The 5.99-inch display comes with FHD+ resolution.

As per its Design, Asus Zenfone Max Pro measures just 159 x 76 x 8.61mm and weighs 180 grams including its hi-speed battery. Equipped with 64GB of internal storage, upgraded rear dual cameras with 16-megapixel plus 5-megapixel sensors and a 16-megapixel front camera, it will retail at Rs 14,999. With the Zenfone Max Pro M1, it seems like ASUS wants to take the battle to Xiaomi.

In the quest to regain its former glory, Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1 has the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro in front of it and while Asus has played its trump card to become the flawless challenger for Xiaomi, let's see whether we have viable competition for Xiaomi or the Redmi Note 5 Pro will still be an unmatched smartphone? However, it is much lighter than ZenUI which should bode well with the powerful Snapdragon 636 chipset. It has a 5,000mAh strong battery too. The handset in question isn't exactly the most powerful phone we've seen, but what ASUS has done is that they've built it based on a survey they've conducted with about 2,000 participants, presumably building a phone based on what users actually want. It comes with triple card slot for adding two nano SIM cards along with a MicroSD card. ZenFone Max Pro ships with pure Android 8.1 Oreo OS. This phone comes with good specs along with a large battery.

Both smartphones come with features like a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner, Facial recognition, and dual-cameras at the rear panel.

Lastly, if you are an audiophile, the Zenfone Max Pro M1 will certainly be something you'd like.

A five-magnet speaker driven by an NXP smart amplifier that delivers higher volume with lower distortion is available in the phone.

The handset comes with a Vodafone offer as well, offerings benefits of up to Rs.3,200. For the 4GB + 64GB variant, it costs Rs. 12,999.
