Council of Europe chief congratulates Armenia's Pashinyan

The Armenian Parliament the second time elected leader of the protests, Pashinian Prime Minister of the state. Deputies from the ruling party voted for the opposition leader of street protests.
Mr Pashinyan, who had been detained and then released from jail during the protests, called for snap elections to choose a new "people's prime minister".

The signing of the order is a formality required by the Consitution whereby the president appoints the elected Prime Minister.
