But don't worry, it's all a part of the changes that the administration is making, according to Pruitt: "There's significant changes happening across, not only at the EPA, but across this administration and it's needed". "Somebody has to say that about you a little bit, you know that, Scott". He adds that the country needs more Chick-fil-As and laughs. Perhaps world history. In the middle of April, almost two months ago, CNN put the list of Scott Pruitt scandals at 15. EPA is doing so well.

The Washington Post first reported Tuesday that following outreach from an aide, Pruitt had a call with an individual in the company's legal department.

According to two officials who spoke anonymously with the Washington Post, Pruitt had his 24/7 security detail carry out several tasks beyond the scope of their jobs, including picking up his dry cleaning (without him) and facilitating a wild goose chase to Ritz-Carlton Hotels in search of his favorite lotion (with him). Joni Ernst, a staunchly conservative Republican from Iowa, suggested Pruitt should resign. But the revelation that Pruitt used his official position and EPA staff to try to line up work for his wife appears to open a new chapter in the ongoing saga of his questionable spending and management decisions, which so far have spawned a dozen federal probes. Earlier this week, EPA's director of scheduling and advance, Millan Hupp, gave notice of her departure; her last day is Friday. She told the House panel that Pruitt had her ask about getting an "old mattress" from the Trump hotel at about the same time he was moving to a new apartment in Washington.

"Sarah has been a tremendous leader within the agency, overseeing the start of the WOTUS rewrite as well as playing a vital role in our worldwide relations", Pruitt said in a statement.

Their resignations leave Pruitt increasingly isolated at the EPA, where he has lost the confidence of most of the agency's career staff and many conservative political appointees who feel that Pruitt's ethical lapses have done a disservice to the President's agenda.

Questioned by Udall about the EPA tweet in a Senate hearing last month, Pruitt said: "I was unaware of the tweet and that shouldn't have occurred".

Rep. Elijah Cummings of Maryland, the ranking Democrat on the House Oversight committee investigating Pruitt, said Hupp shouldn't have to take the fall for her boss.
