  • Trump has attacked special counsel Robert Mueller for not disclosing his conflicts of interest

"Apparently, if you say something's not a crime, then it's not a crime". "He didn't pay for the hacking".

Giuliani made headlines Monday when he gave a series of rambling TV interviews in which he stated that "collusion is not a crime". "Collusion is not a crime".

Giuliani said Monday that the Trump team actually knows of "183 recordings" from Cohen, but many of them involved people having nothing to do with Trump. "The president didn't hack", Giuliani said on CNN.

In an an interview with The New York Times last December, Trump repeatedly asserted that his campaign did not collude with Russian Federation, while noting briefly that collusion is not illegal.

When asked if there's enough evidence to bring charges of collusion forward, Rosenberg guessed that the answer was yes since the timing of Trump's call for Russian assistance in finding Hillary Clinton's emails was too suspicious for Robert Mueller to not act upon. "'Collusion" and "coordination' are not legally relevant terms, but they are often used as shorthand to refer to such a criminal conspiracy", it said.

The meeting was attended by the president's son, Donald Trump Jr, as well as Paul Manafort, the former chairman of Mr Trump's campaign, and the president's son-in-law Jared Kushner.

His is the first trial in the Russian Federation investigation by Special Counsel Robert Mueller, looking at whether the Trump campaign worked with Moscow to sway the results of the 2016 election.

After that report, Giuliani spent days blasting Cohen's credibility, saying he has "lied all his life".

Res, who was in charge of construction at Trump Tower and left the Trump Organization in the 1990s, added that Trump always wanted to be "on top of things".

His comments regarding Russian interference in the 2016 election raised the eyebrows of many observers, who suggested Giuliani was seeking to change the standard for wrongdoing by the president and those around him as special counsel Robert S. Mueller III continues to investigate.
