Galaxy S10 will also hold the title of being Samsung's flagship smartphone and this means that it will ship with cutting-edge hardware, innovative features and a sleek design.

To recall, the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 was launched in India a year ago at a price of Rs 67,900 and now it has received a massive price cut of Rs 12,000.

The Samsung Galaxy Note9 itself will be available for general sale on August 24th and it will cost you $1699 NZD for the 128GB model and $1999 NZD for the 512GB model. It is also reported that the pre-orders for the Galaxy Note 9 will be kicked off starting August 9, the day when Samsung will host its Galaxy Unpacked event in NY to launch the handset alongside unveiling the and some other goodies.

The 6.4-inch Note 9 comes in four colours and two variants - 6GB RAM and 128GB in-built internal memory (expandable up to 512GB) and 8GB RAM with 512GB ROM that can be expanded up to 1TB with an additional 512GB microSD card.

The foldable phone, known as the Galaxy F, is rumored to be coming in early 2019. Running Android 8.0 Oreo operating system, the smartphone is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 processor.

Local mobile carriers said preorders of the Galaxy Note 9 were above the Galaxy S9 released in March, although they fell behind the predecessor Galaxy Note 8 unveiled in 2017.

A series of reports from sources with historically good track records suggest that the Galaxy S10 will be Samsung's most significant update in years.

For starters, it proposes to listen more to its customers. You can now use the stylus as a remote to capture pictures, control presentations and music all via the button on the stylus. The front camera is an 8MP sensor. The company has already launched some products based on the feedback, such as the J6 and J8, resulting in sales of 20-lakh units in just 50 days. The Galaxy Watch highlights an AMOLED display with high resolution, Gorilla DX+ Glass on top and an Always-On Display.

The device is IP68 certified for water and dust resistance.
